I was kinda surprised by the location. It's perfect. i easily walked to the main attractions, including the trevi fountain and the colosseum. the woman at the front desk was helpful with taxis and local information (a real gem!). the complimentary champagne upon our engagement was such a lovely touch.
the room layout was a bit unusual, with the bathroom directly behind the bed.

breakfast was served directly to the room. the staff was flexible with the timing, ensuring it fit my schedule. breakfast included cakes with creams. juice and bread.

the room had a spacious layout and included a comfortable bed. fresh towels were provided daily and the room was cleaned each day (a welcomed luxury!). the window faced a side street and was quieter.

The hotel has easy access to many tourist sites. I did not need transportation. reception operates from 8:00 to 18:00. Key pick-up instructions are provided for arrivals outside these hours. staff can be reached via whatsapp.

dmytro was helpful with any questions i had and was very friendly. the staff arranged a farewell bottle of wine in my room on my last day. the staff assisted with arranging taxis, a very appreciated gesture.

Everything worked well . the location was ideal for accessing main attractions. i found the room spacious. it was cleaned daily. breakfast was italian style. It was a super way to start each day. the separate toilet space was also appreciated.
The room was a bit too warm and i felt the air conditioning was insufficient. I would have appreciated a cooler environment.

i stayed for three nights the bed sheets were not changed at all the breakfast was not good either it was served in the room, making it less enjoyable the wifi also did not work at all
